01 / Save the details

Who? What? Where?

Add the customer's name and phone number, the work and the place. Check the details before saving.

02 / Agree the visit

Know when to go.

Agree the time with your customer, then confirm the visit in Juma. A suggested time stays a request until it is confirmed.

03 / Keep the money record

Know what is still due.

Prepare an invoice from a confirmed job. Record cash you have received. Open the receipt PDF and choose how to share it.

Will Juma find me customers?

Juma helps you organise your own jobs and customers. It does not provide jobs or promise more customers.

Can customers pay online?

Online payments need a verified receiving account. Juma's fee is 5% of each online payment: your business receives 95%. Paystack processing fees come from Mina Logic's share. Review the amounts before creating a payment link.

Can I record cash?

Yes. Record cash you have already received against the invoice, and keep the payment record and receipt together.
