& support.
Your business details deserve care. This page explains what Juma handles and how to contact Mina Logic about your information.
What Juma uses
- Your sign-in details
- Your email address or phone number, account identifier and sign-in records help protect access to your business. If you add an email and password, Firebase Authentication handles the password. For phone sign-in, Google receives and stores your phone number to help prevent spam and abuse across Google services.
- Your business details
- The business name, owner name, contact details, service area, working hours and services you enter help organise your work and prepare documents.
- Your customers and jobs
- Customer names, phone numbers, areas, appointment times, job descriptions, agreed prices and changes are stored when you enter them. Only add information needed for the work, and make sure you are entitled to share it with Juma.
- Invoices, receipts and payments
- Documents contain the business and customer details, amounts, dates and payment records you enter. When online payment setup is available, receiving details go to Paystack for checking. Payment references and confirmed payment information help match money to the correct invoice. Juma does not ask you to enter card details, a bank password or a mobile-money PIN into its own forms.
- Information on your phone
- The app keeps unfinished saves in private local storage so an interrupted connection does not silently lose or repeat your work. This can include the original receiving number while a setup is unresolved. A receipt you choose to share is prepared as a temporary PDF on your phone.
- Service and support records
- Google infrastructure processes technical information, such as network and request records, to operate and protect the service. If you contact Mina Logic, we receive the information you include in your message.
Juma does not use advertising trackers or a separate product-analytics service in its current native app. Sign-in and database software may send technical diagnostics to Google. The public introduction pages do not include advertising trackers or contact-collection forms. Hosting and sign-in providers also process security and operational records.
Keeping and protecting data
Juma uses encrypted network connections and access controls. The native app separates private pending work from ordinary document sharing. Signing out hides your workspace; it does not delete your account or unfinished saves.
You can request account deletion in your browser. After you sign in, you can review which linked sign-ins and businesses are included before confirming. Sending a new request blocks access to those business records while Mina Logic reviews the request. It does not erase everything immediately.
Backups and service-provider records may remain after data is removed from the active service.
You can request account deletion in Juma or at https://myjuma.app/delete-account. Mina Logic acknowledges verified requests within 7 days and aims to complete deletion within 30 days after identity verification. We delete the account and associated data that no longer needs to be kept. Where a specific legal, security or dispute reason requires limited records to be retained, we restrict those records and explain the categories, reason and applicable retention or review date. If completion needs more time, we explain the remaining work and the next review date. We notify you when deletion is complete through a verified contact route; you do not need to send another support request to finish a request already submitted.

Ask about or delete your information
To delete your Juma account, start a secure review below. You do not need to install the app or have a business invitation. For access, correction, customer-data removal or help if you cannot sign in, email Mina Logic with the subject Juma privacy request. Include your Juma email address or phone number and describe what you need.
Request account deletionOr write to info@minalogicgh.com.
We will need to verify that you are entitled to make the request. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, card details, bank account numbers or mobile-money PINs. For a customer-data request, start with the business name and enough information to describe the job without sending unnecessary sensitive details.
Save any records you need before confirming: a new deletion request blocks business access, including linked sign-ins. You can return to the request page to check its status. A request or email is not confirmation that deletion is complete. It does not refund or cancel payments, and Juma cannot erase documents already shared with other people.
